My best advice is to trust all the work you have done, stay hydrated, good snacks when you can and if you are doing some mindfulness already thendoing some breathing exercises can help with sleep and calming nerves before, during and after. If you are ready, you’ll pass, and if you’re not, and it doesn’t go as planned, then you’ll be a more knowledgeable person for the experience. The outcome of this does not equate to any outcomes on the other side. So, as huge as it seems, breath, enjoy the experience (it’s a rite of passage for you guys in N America) as much as possible, and good luck. I’ll be thinking of you on the 22nd. 🙂
