In terms of being a new grad, I agree with @SarahTheVet that support is incredibly important and that it is very individual. I personally wrote out what I thought I would require and then after discussing with a possible job, we added those specific requirements into my contract. The fact that they were keen to add specific mentorship into my contract also shows that they genuinely cared about my success!
